All about appointments
Appointments at the VenArt clinic can be made in several ways:
- By phone at the clinic’s contact numbers
- By the contact form, where you can request an appointment for a consultation. The clinic’s reception will call you and guide you step by step, meeting your wishes. You can ask questions and we will help you make a decision according to your needs.
- By email: you can send an email directly to office@clinica-vasculara.ro in which you can briefly explain what condition you have, what you want, and we will call you back and guide you to take the next steps.
If the clinic's services do not cover your needs, we can recommend clinics or partners that can help you professionally.
Logistics of a visit to the VenArt clinic
In many cases, our patients arrive at the clinic from other areas of Romania or from other countries. Therefore, we recommend that when traveling to the clinic, you carefully plan the time needed and allow yourself a sufficient safety margin of time, so that you are not late. The clinic locations in Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest are listed in the Contact section of the website, and for GPS coordinates you can use Google Maps.
After a surgical intervention, it is very possible that you will have to stay in the clinic for one or more nights, after which you will return for a check-up the next day. There are cases in which it is not possible to fly (flights longer than 2 hours) the day immediately following discharge. Please take these aspects into account, if you need more information, this will be communicated to you at the reception of the VenArt clinic.
Why choose VenArt Clinic?
The VenArt Clinic benefits from collaborations with doctors and surgeons with a special track record and a high degree of professionalism. The medical staff is well-trained and very kind to the patients to whom we try to offer a stress-free experience. We understand that many patients who arrive at the clinic for surgical interventions are stressed, which is absolutely understandable, but in almost all cases the experience is very positive, and the feedback and degree of satisfaction have been almost superlative from the beginning.
The VenArt Clinic places particular emphasis on the degree of cleanliness and sterility of both the premises, surfaces, bedding, air and medical instruments. In this regard, we use disposable bedding, detergents that are recommended in the top detergents and disinfectants at European level, epidemiological samples are carried out according to the European protocols currently in force. We use very fine diffusion devices (super fine non-corrosive vapors) of sterilization products that disinfect viruses, hepatitis C, HIV, etc. The clinic’s surfaces are periodically polished with antibacterial solutions and waxed with substances specific to clinics and hospitals, according to European standards.

If you are insured (private insurance), the VenArt clinic will contact the insurer, and payments will be made between the insurer and the clinic.

Payment for the intervention is made BEFORE the intervention at the reception, in cash or card, for patients not insured by the private insurance listed above.
