About Dr. Bogdan Amza
Dr. Bogdan Amza is an Associate University Assistant in the Department of Surgery at UMF “Iuliu Hațieganu” Cluj-Napoca. He has extensive experience in both laparoscopic and open surgery, performing procedures for hernias, incisional hernias, gallbladders, thyroid conditions, and bariatric surgery. He is actively involved in clinical research projects in collaboration with the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, focusing on the application of virtual reality techniques in surgery and the use of hyperthermia in the multimodal treatment of tumors.
