About Dr. Oleg Cebotari
Dr. Oleg Cebotari graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine at the “N. Testemiteanu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, and began his training in general surgery as a resident at the CFR Cluj-Napoca University Hospital, where he now works as a primary physician.
A Doctor of Medical Sciences with a doctoral thesis titled “Intestinal Resections in Non-Specific Inflammatory Bowel Diseases,” Dr. Oleg Cebotari has extensive postgraduate training, having completed specialization courses both in Romania and abroad, including in Heidelberg, Germany.
With a young and innovative spirit, he performs surgical procedures with exceptional results in both classical and laparoscopic surgery, earning him a respected reputation in his specialty.
